Nature of the website

This site is informational. Nothing published here — including sample journeys, sample programmes and destination descriptions — constitutes a binding offer, a fixed package or a quoted price. Sample journeys are illustrative outlines of how we plan, not itineraries previously sold. Every proposal is written individually and priced in writing.

Proposals, bookings and payment

A booking exists only once a written proposal has been accepted, a booking form completed and the agreed deposit received. Prices are confirmed in the proposal and may be affected by supplier availability, exchange rates and taxes until confirmed. Payment terms, cancellation terms and the full conditions of each booking are set out in the proposal and contract, which prevail over anything on this website.

Third-party suppliers

Certain services — accommodation, transport, guiding, venues and activities — are provided by independent suppliers under their own terms. We select and coordinate these suppliers and remain your point of contact throughout.

Insurance

Comprehensive travel insurance, including medical and cancellation cover, is required for all clients and is the client's responsibility to arrange.

Intellectual property

The Bonavelle name, logo, wordmark and the text of this website are the property of Bonavelle. Photography is used under the licences described on the photography credits page.

Governing law

These terms and any contract concluded with Bonavelle are governed by Spanish law, with the courts of Barcelona having jurisdiction.
