Bonavelle ("we") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect through bonavelle.com, why we collect it, and what rights you have under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

What we collect
When you submit the enquiry form we collect the name, email address, travel dates, group size and message you provide, together with the date of submission and the IP address of the request (used only to identify automated spam). We do not use cookies for advertising and we do not run third-party analytics on this site.
Why we use it
Solely to respond to your enquiry and, if you become a client, to plan and deliver the services you request. Our lawful basis is your consent in making contact, and thereafter the performance of a contract.
Sharing
We share only what is necessary with the suppliers involved in your journey or event — for example hotels, guides and transport providers. We never sell personal data, and we do not share it for marketing purposes.
Retention
Enquiries that do not lead to a booking are deleted within 24 months. Client records are kept for the period required by Spanish commercial and tax law.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, or object to its processing, by writing to info@bonavelle.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish data protection authority (AEPD).
Changes
Any material change to this policy will be published on this page with a revised date.
